When I was growing up snowboard videos would be in constant rotation all year long. Companies like Mack Dawg and Standard were rocking through the VCR and then DVD player. Neoproto was one of those random videos that the local shop, Fobia, used to carry. I remember I got a gift certificate or something for christmas and swung through the shop to pick up some goods. I had no clue who anyone from Neoproto was but I remember one of the dude's working told me to check it out. Putting this video in for the first time was just insane. Nobody was doing it like Pierre Minhondo and the Neoproto crew was. I remember watching super stylish tricks by Aaron Keene and Jake Devine, and then some super innovative tricks by Corey Smith. I'm so happy this video was posted so that all the new age kids could see how the People Creative director Pierre Minhondo came about and how riders like Nima Jalali, Curtis Woodman, Jake Devine, Stephen Duke and more came to be.
